A technology-driven business process outsourcing company that connects wealth managers with their asset distribution customers.
Need
The client needed to deliver dashboard capability on it is flagship portal, but lacked the scale in development resources to meet its timelines. This capability will allow customers can keep up-to-date on enterprise processes that exchange information between the client's regulatory reporting service offering and customers' back office.
Solution
Knowledgeworks provided the additional development capacity required to meet the client's deadlines. The team comprised a lead developer, x2 frontend React and x2 backend React developers, a QA, an SDET for test automation, and a Scrum Master. We agreed the engagement approach with the client and provided the required infrastructure and environment specifications. To ensure the client's confidence we provided milestone delivery and release plans for progress tracking and introduced a weekly cadence with their Delivery Manager to address any exceptions, issues, or risks.

Delivered wave 1 dashboard and widgets on the client's customer-facing portal using a micro frontend and service-oriented approach via REST APIs exposing the status of disparate behind-the-scenes middleoffice processes.
